1.9 Server Help With M2Server

Yo, just wondering if any1 can help me with a small problem,
Ive recently downloaded the new crusade server files, but when i run my m2server i get this error :

My BDE Administrator path is set to :
C:/mirserver/Mir200/DB

But when i open my DB Commander i get this :

File or directory does not exist.
File: C:\PDOXUSRS.NET
Permission denied.
Directory: C:\

I personally think its something to do with my
!setup.txt, but ive cheaked it through and doubled cheaked my ips + names.
Changed all to ktest & 127.0.0.1 for offline use.
And still no luck with getting m2server running without any errors.

:bounce: U have problems with ur network! Try on ur Local network area connection status with the button Repair. PDOXUSRS.NET is for network.
U have here the problem. U are connect to internet via modem? This is the problem! U need network for run the server!!
