2.3 access error when loggin onto a server

my mate gets this when he tries to log on to the 2.3 server i get straight in np's. He did format his pc this morning and put xp back on but he can access euro mir np, any ideas???

try deletgin the spaces inthe name. Call it something like mirpara.exe
sounds strange but I tried it and it seems to work most cases.
