Both the same error, maybe you both missed something out.
1. Chinese PRC time/date & language?
2. All passwords/ names correct?
3. Copied the correct Part into the EI activation?

did fresh install of languages, changed time etc accord to rungates working,

fresh install of sql with same password as default on files pw: chinaboy
just copied key with the name as he posted with all numbers til end :/ dunno whats wrong

Tried reentering the key and the same happens. I have language and times all set

Chinaboy did not change all of the passwords. When i looked in Vaeborg's Mud3 there was 2-3passwords that did not get changed making errors in his setup.
Your best bet is to download the mud3 from www.cq3.in and use the password www.cq3.in
All of the passwords are something like password123 or password1234.

We found the problem me & crazyerik.
When you copy and paste your activationkey it ends up as something like so:
8888888888888888888888888888888888888888
88888888888888888888888888888
8888888888888888888888888888888888888888
88888888888888888888888888888

Your activationkey must all be combined as one so it will look like:

This fixed the error.
