Add Stats drop Items, it buggy?

i have a little or big Problem on my Server and need help hihihi
I kill 5Mobs and there drop me 10Iteams, than i have from the 10Iteams 8 Add.


I have in cd exe add stats drop rate 0 show pic





Where is the Prob?
On my dropfiles 1/10 Blackring

I have search search and search not the Problem found, any1 a idea?

I can count to -100000 or +10000 set but it does not change the add drop, every drop add an item


Any1 can help? or have idea?

i know where is the Problem:
i think is in SQL/Hero3G/rareitems there must stay all Items in thies Archive or all other drop with add items, the system (3.55)
Ignored the cd exe(ini)

no he mean !setup.txt there is also a line for add drop as i remember
