i done that when i go to play it ingame my arm has a BLACK box around it and my person flickers

that meant theres no transparancy set to the background of the frames :(
as for the flickering thats missing/miss positiond frames

i dunno how u copyed em but i used the editor n copyed from 1file to other think u copyed from 1 prog to the lib editor (correct me if im wrong but thats wot it sound like)

it may take a while but if ya go to the file and select all the dragon arma frames and as they not working delete them and us the lib editor to copy from the source file to the file u want and then go through and move the frames so they r in the correct positoins. this takes time but worth it and u will have to delete blank frames so every thing is matched it in order. if ya look at thr positions of the othere armas this will hlp ya in fixing this cos they are in a order just look carfuly the frames in the dragon arma wont be much out of place so dont worry to much they just need placeing up the line a bit :)
