Ruby Adding an account via SQL and making GM

I have been searching around but can't find a guide to make myself a second account, i dont want to use the test one.
Also where do i make myself a GM? Thanks

GM
Look in your M2Server\Envir folder for adminlist.txt
It will look something like this.
DEV Lilcooldoode
DEV Kyndigs
* test

if your char is called jadelina, make sure a line is there set as * jadelina
put each name on a different line and the name must exactly match the char name you create in game.

So it would then look like this
DEV Lilcooldoode
DEV Kyndigs
* test
* jadelina
