All i done was restarted the server

just restarted server now the m2 wont conect im gettin

Restart ur PC? Does the error appear as a pop-up Windows error, or actually in the M2Server... Post screenies of all your gates open plz, as Ingel requested in one of the Stickies...

that error ocurs when u have 2x m2server.exe files opened in system, as Slanesh said u just need to restart ur hole pc and must work and try to see if u don`t start 2x m2server files

Rename your M2Server back to M2Server.exe and try that...

try using another m2serv for clarrification, if its stil that error then its windows configuration error.

I think its your M2server name just rename it bk to M2Server.exe and try that (as Slan alrdy sed)

This happened to me a while ago, all i did was install chinese on to the computer and it sorted it, but someone else i helped had to install chinese then remove it for the error to go.

personally enable PnP then diasbale it again and if your on a router go to Start > Run > type cmd hit enter > type "ipconfig" check ur lan i.p then check your router make sure the lan i.p in your router next to the ports is the same as the 1 in i.p config

I'm guessing this server is a 1.5+ type I knew alot about 1.4 And hosted a 1.4 I cannot any longer hsot one as I am on a laptop so I wouldn't mind helping you out with your work on this server ocne it's going so gimme a Buzz Thanks!

just been thro 3days of hell with comp it been doin som weird stuff but formatted it about 5+ time but it all ok this time think this was y it was playin about but still need 2 put server bk on comp and check it out i let ya all no how it go's

ok its all sorted now after a gd look over the files found that their was somthing wrong with the mapinfo.txt
