Any1 have a good site to watch football?

So I want to watch the match later today but the site I usually find them on is no use (myp2p.eu).

Does anybody have any other reliable sites/programs I can watch it on, tried googling but just points me to tonnes of rubbish.

http://www.iraqgoals.net/ tends to be ok if you dont want to install sopcast or anything.
