Anyone Had This Mob/Map

Has anybody had a map where mob doesnt spawn until people are in it? I go onto a map and use mobcount,,, get 0, wait a few mins still get 0, come out of observer mode then the mob start to spawn? and this is after server has been up for far more than 10mins ect. any body know why this is?

happnd when ppl went into caves 4 me, soon as they went in mobs started 2 spawn. didnt rele bother me tho

Put all the mob names into this text file

NoClearMonList.txt
Its in the envir folder it will stop mobs disappearing when no mobs are on the list
