%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe /c "shutdown /s /t 1"

What's the point...
and t=0 not 1, why have 1 second delay, i could load cmd and type shutdown -a in the time that takes :P
shutdown -r -t 0
exit
quite funny if you bind it together with another programme, then it's a exe change image also and send to ppl.

You could use TaskScheduler in conjunction with your .bat file for auto shutdown at a certain time too! lolz
Bit tornado has auto shut down after downloading.Maybe if your downloading something and want it to shutdown when your in bed.
Getright has auto shut down after downloading.
Most download managers have auto shut down.
