REALISED THAT VISTA CAUSES ALOT OF PROBLEMS WHEN USING 1.4 AND DB WOULD NOTE ADVISE ANY1 TO TRY ME AND LIFCO HAD A GOOD TRY.


set up a 1.4 just to add new stuff to etc to play around with.

followed guide for 1.4 all set up rite

ive made sure ip's 127.0.0.1 following the guide

db commander all set up fine

all gates are fine rite ip connect fine

i have a mir.exe set up in mir200 and changed the setup.text to - ClientFile1=mir.exe

tho i stil get 127.0.0.1 not ready and once i click start on my character i get the dreaded black screen. any help plz ive looked on lomcn alot as been using the old posts to help me with it.

Can you view the items in db commander ?

Iam just wondering if you have setup this right

when i set database in db to HeroDB and click stditems DB to view the items i get this error messege,

error opening ''stditems.DB'' table: network initialization failed.
permission denied.
file: C:\PDOXUSRS.NET
Directery: C:\
