Specs are basically:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550
CPU Cooler: Standard CPU heatsink & fan
Motherboard: Asus P5N-E SLI
Memory: 1.0GB Kingston DDR2 667mhz (1x 1GB)
Hard Drive: 80GB S-ATA2 3.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 18x Double-Layer DVD+/-RW
Graphics card: NVidia GeForce 8600GT 256MB
Monitor: 17' Widescreen TFT Monitor
PSU: 400W PSU

A few questions, firstly... Would all this run nicely on a 400W PSU? As that's probally the thing I don't really understand about computers, choosing the right PSU.

Secondly... looking at the computer would you say it would run most games that have been released, I don't mind if the graphics have to be turned down etc.

Anyway if someone can clear this up it'd be much apreciated.

Highest PSU is always best way to go, as long as the mobo supports it, max I can have is 400w PSU but them specs should run most games, I would put another stick in though 1GB isnt enough imo, I have 1,5 gb and I need more.

Recomended for Crysis is 1.5gb, But saying that... that is recommended. 1gb will be fine for me tbh. Cheers for the info/help though guys.
