Can anyone read this plz??

This keeps appearing on my chat window where u can view every chat in game but i dont know what it means and when i tried to copy and paste from the window it was nothing but rubbish so any help would be nice first time ive seen this appear also and its only just started

yes im getting this in my chat window at times also and i would love to know what it says sadly i cannot read chinese or korean which ever it is

The person this comes up for doesnt get the 1 space walk then in to run she just goes straight in to a run so i think she is using a run cheat it happens everytime they go to run its straight to run and no 1 walk then run if u know what i mean :P
