Can not load direct3d

Anyone else ever had this error, i've redownloaded LoL about 6 times and that hasnt worked.
I've also downloaded this "direct3d" and that hasnt worked so i typed it in on the website n they said download Directx 11 so i did and that didnt work, so does anyone have any ideas please?

Check your graphics card, as Direct3D & Direct3D acceleration are associated to it. If neither are enabled, then they won't work and you will get the error and so downloading DirectX 11 isn't going to work. Make sure that the drivers are up to date for your card and that it does support Direct3D.

Could anyone recommend a graphics card suitable for this game? or atleast tell me whats its going to cost.

My old laptop and some people I know who play have only integrated graphics to run this.
