This is happen to me too but already sort it out.

Here what I did.

Follow this instructions and make sure that it copy all 14 files

If you did this first time setup it copy only 13 files but if you re-do it will copy 14 files.

Start > All Programs > Microsoft SQL Server > Enterprise Manager
Console Root > Microsoft SQL Servers > SQL Server Group > You P.C.
Right Click Databases > New Database
Name = mir3db > Click OK
Right Click mir3db > All Tasks > Import Data
Click Next > Data Source = Microsoft Access
File Name = C:\Mud3\mir3db2.9.mdb
Click Next > Data should be entered, Click Next
Click Next (Top option should be selected)
Click Select All > Click Next
Click Next > Click Finnish > Click OK > Click Done
Exit SQL Server Enterprise Manager
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC)
Click System DSN along the top > Click Add
SQL Server > Click Finnish
Name = mir3db
Description = Whatever you want
Server = (local)
Click Next > Click the second circle option at the top
Login ID = sa (or other)
Password = What you set it as when setting up SQL
Click Next > Click Next > Click Finnish > Click OK

Read carefully: (Check the red text, it shuld fix the problem)

D: Setting Up The ODBC Database

/////////////////////////////////////////////////

Go to your control panel first. Next, click

Administrative Tools. Now click on

Data Sources (ODBC).

Now click Add. Now scroll down and click on

SQL Server. Then click finish.

Now enter this:

Name: mir3db

Description: whatever goes here

Server: (local)

Now on the next page, click the second bubble

on the top. Now enter:

Now at the top of the next page, put a checkmark

by "Change the default database to:" and put it
