Can't seem to hex attack modes

I've searchd the lines and seem to have changed them but on game it still in chinese... Any1 know whats wrong?

Like script said on koumei you cannot.

Those messages are sent from the server. Server is packed with a custom pack so we dont know what it is even though it says its ASProtect 2.0 or what ever its not.
