I paid £27, and I got it working now. I entered it on xboxlive.com instead and it worked first time.

i wouldnt need to pay postage from overclockers in stoke neither cos i live down the road lol, im just unsure on what to do, or on the other hand i could make do with my pc or laptop that i have (both play crysis/cod/mir on highest gfx, lagfree) and add the money to my car fund
