Chinese (PVC)

Dose anyone know how i can get Chinese (PRC) installed on my computer? Because without it i car't translate the woool files.. I can do it free hand but it will be alot easiyer if i had translator.

I have looked into Regional And Language Options but its not there .

You mean you missed this page?? Chinese(PRC) wont show up until you have ticked those...

I have Installed that, But its still not there. We can stil do it by making the names up but when it comes to NPC its a bit tricky
