client freezing my computer

hi all

so i downloaded JamRock client and when i double click on the exe my computer just freezes >< i have to reboot :blam:



anyone know why its doin this and how i can fix it:bbcguy:

Does it happen for any other server client?

start>run>eventvwr>enter>

Any errors under the system/application tab?

tbh i just come back to PS's so i aint tried any other clients =/


and yes under the system tab:

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
sptd

and

somethin bout the unerase wizard for norton which i fecked off



btw - why has this been moved? its mir orientated.... only happens with that jamrock client afaik

Because its a hardware or configuration issue, so I though you'd get more help here .

Have you got the latest drivers for your motherboard and graphics card?

Well, the SPTD driver afaik is some CD Drive driver.

I suggest you try downloading another servers client and see if the same problem occurs.
