Not a lot of people have seemed to run into this error here but i just did and found a fix so i may as well post so it can help people in the future.
If you get an error from InstallShield when you you try to run the setup.exe, will usually say something about (iKernel.exe). Follow this link and it should solve the solution: http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108247
