i make JOB server mir and have this **** what u see in SS , i chcek mordor,avalone,supreme,blackheart client and have this ****, i spend on it 4 days!!! and i dont know what is wrong ((( plis help me any ideas

its same ;/ i think this job luncher is crased i download it from kaori but this job launcher not work in clients ;/ so what i mast do now?
plis help me i want make this server but duno wtf with it

now i try use mordor client and change only my mir.cin and all ip, and when i conect to game all is good i klik star is good then i press enter to conet and is only black window ;/ so my question is what i mast do ;p
