Coly map editor and delete barriers problem

Hi!
I remove barriers with ColyMapEditor (Hallmat repack), and I replace existing maps (both - in mud3 and in my mir3 map folder) and barriers are still in game ;/ When I open it in MapEditor - there is no barrier markers now... What i must do to commpletly remove barriers from map?
(There is lake on this map and i want remove it because in my files i havent titles for it)
