Hi, i saw that a lot of people can't use this program because it crashes. I decided to repack it and release. Some people tried it and they told me that works fine. You can download from here:
Megaupload: Download
Hope you enjoy
Post updated (04/03/2010):
I uploaded the map editor again. You may know that it's NOT my map editor, i just repacked the data folder and I've added the lava tiles when they've been released.
It worked pretty smooth for me and my friends, so it should work for everybody. This map editor is repacked to work with JOB maps, you can also edit the PTW maps, but there are a few errors with some tiles in some maps such as Bichon.
NOTE: Delete the mapeditor.ini and the mir3mapeditor.ini. I forgot to remove them when I was testing the editor with other data folders. Then run the Mir3MapEditor.exe, it will say "No INI found", and then select the Data folder.
Here's a video that I've made to show how it is.

I just made a quick guide with screens:
Thanks to Coly for the map editor =)

I just made a quick guide with screens:
DELETE THE EXISTING .INIs(Mir3MapEditor.ini and MapEditor.ini). Open the Mir3MapEditor.exe
Select the Data folder that I've repacked and released. After doing that, DO NOT move the map editor folder, if you do it won't work and you will have to select the Data folder again. (A friend just made this and he told me that he couldn't open the tiles).
Create a New Map or edit an existing one
The pink screen means that the map is invisible, there is nothing there.
Here I show how to edit/make houses.
To make it work, go to Tile and select Single Tile
Then go to Edit and select what do you want to edit/make (now i'm editing/making objects)
Select the tile and double click to paste it on the map. Here's a little house I just made
