Ha I am now coming back Mir after many years out, my uni course is now an excuse to get addicted again

i used to use 1.9 till td brought out his dm2

now it's 2016 what's the most stables set and most complete. I'm not after features, well not too many, I want most if not all euro standard of coding and possibly assassin. I'm looking at remaking a spin off from crusade, ragezone, euro and my old servers

so can someone point me in right path to best most up to date and live files I'd appreciate it, I have all my old files and db etc so just need new server files
