Have you got a security package running in the background i.e. Norton or McAffee etc?

Do a virus scan.

Do you get any error messages before it shuts down?

Are you postive it's not a heat issue? Freezing sounds like a heat issue. Check the heatsinks manually with your fingers and see if they are really hot or anything. Post a cpu-z abnd speedfan pic too. What's your gfx card's temp? this should be in advanced display properties.

Did the crashing just start randomly happening?

What kind of video card do you have, and how does the heatsinks feel.

Voltage is a tad bit high, should be set to 1.75 in the bios, although it shouldn't help noticeably in temp readings.

no its all the time when im playing WOW about every 10 mins.

advanced display properties (where you change the res) should have temps.

yeah my pc also restarts when i play games. when i take the tower out my cabinet it doesnt restart.

seems like in most cases it is a heat problem, even if your system says other wise.

yea, when i had the problem, man at store said ma graphics card couldnt handle the games, it even crashed when i was browsing forums sometimes, he was like your graphics cards bad :l

later that day i figured it was heat, as it burnt ma hand when i had ma hand of the space area near the laptop mouse thing.
