I may know a few things 
- Starting level is 1.
- Experience is approx 6x over what 1.4 exp used to be.
- Mobs inside caves/temples/etc. have even more exp.
- A few new quests, many more to come.
- Max level 50.
- The latest live map included is the spider area, but there is a new original province for 25+ people, which will eventually include three dungeons: one for 30-40, another for 40-50, and one for 50ish groups (very hard).
- A few spells have had their levels lowered.
- A few items have had their stats increased or requirements decreased.
- High level players will find that rare items are not that rare on the custom maps.
- Some sounds customized, new mobs from live Mir being used in the new maps (but with different names and stats), as well as a few I have taken from EI.
- Much more is still to come. New content all the time, major updates every couple months.

Well, if you dont fancy downloading 512mgb (or whatever), try using the original mir1.4 mir.exe, the one which is auto installed when u unpack the mir14setup.exe. I believe the only graphic changes are in spider caves. (and possibley newly added mob)
