Could anyone shed some light on what happens if normalization is ignored in a microsoft access database?

Any help is appreciated

Normalisation is used to make sure a database structure is suitable for general-purpose querying and free of certain undesirable characteristics. Which includes the insertion, update, and deletion of anomalies that could lead to a loss of consistency and accuracy of the data stored in a database.

So when this is ignored, obviously it will be one crazy database.

Do some research, perhaps on the 1st-6th normal form.

Normalisation was designed when the memory on computers were much lower to save space and be more efficient in a way, wud be a ****ed up database but if you're skilled it could be better than any ^_^.
