Heroes Edit Items - start map - maps - npcs

Looking for help with mir 2 heroes server.

basically im new to it but its up live i just need advice or links (working ones) on how to edit items (i cannot get microsoft access) edit the start map and add npcs.

i basically want to make a high rate server with a custom start map.

Edit. i have been trying all weekend to do this and looked everywhere.

Try and look for a cracked version of microsoft, I'm sure there will be links on google somewhere.
However I believe to edit those kind of things on the hero files, they are all done via .txt files in the M2Server.
