edit !setup.txt???

hi how can i edit file !setup.thx i use mir3g server, i need some program to edit this files but i cant find anyone prgram to edit this files. can someone help me?? Thx and bye

The server (both 3G and Job) comes with a program to edit the files, tell me what file set you downloaded and I will tell you what program to run...
