Editing Macicexplain.dat

Is there any way of editing this? All the skill names are different to the skills names I have on database, same for skill points etc, so want to edit it but not sure how to. Any help appreciated thanks

yeah tried that, but can't make head or tail of it all (all just stings of numbers lol)

Am guessing there must be a way of editing the magic info on the client side, just no idea how :S
