The link that is given at the top of this forum actually works but it's kinda funny in that you have to put the link into the location bar. The link is:
ftp://ftp2.atfile.com/download/mir3/20030515/mir3_20030515f.exe

No idea if it will work properly when downloaded, will completely download or is corrupted as I'm downloading it myself. Download speed seems pretty slow.
