No mate theres no wall around bw s, i didnt even know there was a Evolution 2.3, sorry if we got you confused, this is a Ruby M2 server Me and a Co-owner just got working on.

put the dload somewhere else, lots will not like rapidshare..

edit: like me, stopped shoddy win dload and tried to start a dload manager, now getting 'no multiple downloads message.. seriously.. rapidshare???

There is not many upload sites avalible for a big upload, most are 300MB free, over u have to pay. I've edited the top page for our temp download place

All 4 parts should download pritty fast if you have logged into it with the username & password provided. the links seem find to me make sure you have winrar downloaded

http://86.5.31.177/evolutionmir/index.php is the Account Creation system.. It should be working & its in Beta may not stay at x4 depends how it goes In the following week. dont judge it till you've tried i say :P

If we dont find no Major bugs then there wont be no char wipe,
If theres major bugs then by the end of beta there will most proberly be a char wipe. why do you ask?
