Exp on map

There's any script to do a mapquest that allows to all the users on a map gain a certain number of exp every 5 mins?
Ex: 10000 exp every 5 minutes

Edit 2: I tested it, maybe it works, but I don't know because I can't enter on that map x.x
Even with Admin commands, I can't move to that map
