Few Questions About 2.3 Mir Server

Could Someone Answer these's Few Questions below, Might be abit nooby, but i've tryed to use them + look for a guide. and i don't understand them =/

Town Map - Adding MiniMap to it.
MapMaker - For some reason i can't get it to work. - it's in "Data" folder.

What do you mean "Cant get it to work"? It doesnt load up? it loads up but doesnt open Maps?

Unsure on minimap i messed mine up when i tryed but guy im making server with knows how to do it so wasnt a problem, try searching i seen few threads about it.
