Firewall (Outpost) problems

Didnt get black ice to work on my computer at all (had help, who didnt get it to work either).

Installed Outpost and after MUSH work got the server to run.
However, HP bars of mobs shows at frozen around 1/5th. I guess this is somehow related to something with the firewall, but how to fix?

that looks more like a client data problem...u using the unpatched korean client perhaps?

Using mir3_20030515f.exe

If I need a specifik patch, plz make a link to a good one if u know.
Most I tryed have totally fubared my maps (especially sabuk area, n yepp copied maps to server too)

Edit:
Added in the RZ data patch with no success.

latest Olymp updates include all that is currently available for private server (new sabuk areas, ancient lands/shiwa, new desert areas - numa stuff)

Still getting sporadic graphic glitches, but I attribute those to my computer
