An unsolicited email has been sending me weird abusive messages at work and I believe has signed my email address up to mailing lists as I’ve received many spam emails this evening.

Question, can anyone trace an email address to a rough estimate of its source?

Second question, does anyone have the geek ability to spam it to death?

Apologies, aware hacking is not permitted on LOMCN but hopefully this is all above board.

Send the email, i know of a few spammy mailing lists we can sign it up to
Few decent websites where you can input an email and find any social media profiles linked to it.

If you can just block the email address sending messages and unsubscribe from the mailing lists without too much effort thats what id do personally, if they see no reaction from you theyll soon get bored and go away.

Youll just end up in and endless back and forth tit for tat otherwise, not worth it

My director & Accounts manager had this, we just made them new emails.

Work email?
Just ask IT to put a block on the email address.
Mailing lists, dependant on spam filter used, you can ask IT to put a block on said emails. Won't catch them all but should catch a fair few of them.

They can trace the cabron's I.P and block it.
