Those arrested were Chirayu Patel, 23, of Fremont, Calif.; David Fish, 24, of Watertown, Conn.; Nate Lovell, 22, of Boulder, Colo.; and William Veyna, 34, of Chatworth, Calif. The four were charged with violating federal copyright protection laws. All are alleged to be members of "warez" groups, a kind of underground Internet co-op that is set up to trade in copyrighted materials.

Oh no, there goes the whole community...

id say 80%+ ppl who own pcs, have something which is pirated on their pc. all they need to do is go round 1 street of houses and they cld claim thousands. yet you only hear a few ppl who have majorly pirated being fined.

im with bilomoxfurr, if they didnt charge so much ppl wouldnt need to get illegal copies of em.

I agree to a point, I tend to download the game first, if it's good, buy it, if it sucks, delete it.

The FBI are targeting the distributers, not the end user.
