How do i make my self a GM on a 2.3 server? please be detail
where do i change the spawn rate of mobs?
and how do gems and orbs work?

gm = goto admin section in your data.mdb and add yourself.

example:

10 Yourcharname 127.0.0.1


=================================
spawn rate is under MONGEN section again in data.mdb

=================================

Goto monster section of yet again data.mdb and ull find stats of all you mobs
