[2.3] HELP - How to put the server up for Online use?

Right, i've managed to set up my files ready for offline use.
Now I need help to set them up for Online use.

Information:
Im on a 50MB internet connection, my ethernet cable is plugged directly from my modem into my PC.
My IP addresse's are: 82.5.187.110 and 192.168.0.1

I'm using Elvin & Jaspers 2.3 files release.
Only thing is, im not sure which IP addresses need changing to what.

If theres any guides out there, or anyone who could give me a list of things to do, it would be great.

You have to use your external IP , your external IP is : 82.5.187.110 , you can open the server on your PC , but it causing lag , and you can host a dedicated server but I don't know how to do that , good luck

Managed to get a friend to sort this out for me, it's now online cheers anyway
