help on a movie title please

Well not sure what its called or what year or who playes who lol dont even remember much of the story but what i can remember is.

God and the devil, a guy who sits on a chair with his feet in a bucket of water and stares in a cats eyes to goto hell, and theres a scene when hes next to a pool and the angel gabriel comes down and has turned against god.

Any help would be appriciated been thinking for days lol
