help plz colours screwed up

wen i logg on all of the colours r screwed and it aint the fingy where u change the 0 to a 1 coz iv tryed that and it made it bigger but still colours r wrong so some 1 plz help me (im running on windows 98) :.:

happens with some radeon cards, my laptop has a raden 9700 and it does that!
