Help with coverting to english!

I am recoding my 1.9 DBServer to english and I need help with a few words I dont no the meaning of here there are hope sumone can help:

thats not chinese, thats ascii. just computer symbols. you cant convert that as far as im aware.

It is indeed convertable, but only into Hex, Hex Dec, Binary and ACSII Values

What u could do, is find out the binary values, maybe see if the comp will read them and put it into english? lmao, dunno

Run your DBServer with AppLocale from microsoft in chinese an it will display them correctly then run the text through BabelFish or use the correct language packs.
