Help with finding translated files

I need help with finding translated files as i cannot make any items at the moment and the map names are also in chinese or whatever can anybody point me in the right direction. i have the monsters in english just having trouble finding the rest. ty for help. ps dont say search -_-

1.4 1.9?

if its 1.9 i posted the files

There aint really COMPLETELY translated 1.9 files around, doubt there will be really, i think some bits in 1.4 files are still untranslated.
