help !

i can't find 'BDE Administrator' in control panel......
and how can the DBCommander 2000 Pro work?
as i click on it..it sayid general failure this program...
someone lend me a hand pls

Un-install DBCommander and re-install it, you have either:

Not installed it correctly or have not got proper access as an Administrator. If neither work, contact me via PM or post a reply to this topic.
