First: I don't know how's named horses in my server. What is database of horses?

What is the Command for giving a horse?
This:

CHECKLEVEL 15
#SAY
You can riding
#ACT
HORSECALL Horse1
#ELSESAY
Come here when you will level 15.

Is it?
