How can i sort blizz/fc

This is how you edit the rate of slow/poison.

To make slow work more often from the spell FrostCrunch what would need to be edited... without completely screwing up the rate of freezing from items with Slow+ ?

frost crunch and blizzard works off PoisonResistanceRate=0
which is PR....

i forget which way it goes now... but if u set it to like 50... things like moths para 1/1, blizz/fc works all time... etc etc

when its at 0 it hardly/dont work, same with moths etc

think on OS i have it set to about 9 or 10 if that helps

freeze/psn only affect slow/PA
