After constant tries and edits, I have discovered how to stop this, you do both of these things.
1) After putting all loader files in game folder, Send Launcher.exe to desktop (or launch from folder, either way works) DO NOT use Mir3.exe
2) If you have XP SP2 Open your firewall and add Launcher.exe to your exceptions list.
This works with SP2 ive done it many times so i know it works.
Unfornuately I have no clue on how to stop it if you dont have SP2 or you use Vista...
