How to set up [OFFLINE] hero's server

hi, i was wondering if any could link me or create a guide to these files [ http://mirfiles.syshalt.net/mir2/lom...1301262048.rar ]

1. Download Server Files.
2. Download Hero's Client
3. Extract Server Files to C:\ or D:\
4. Goto AdminList.txt and put your character name as GM
5. Extract Client
6. Load all .EXE's from top to bottom.
7. Click Mir2.exe in Hero's Client folder.
8. Create a Account.
9. Login.
10. Create a Character. (the name you put in AdminList.txt)
11. Press Start.
12. Enjoy and start playing.
