Installing EI Problem

Rite ive had a look at other posts and i havent seen anythink like my problem unless they have desribed theres wrong

but ive downloaded ei and i go to install it and when i get 2 86% it f's up & comes up with an error and wont let me try again!

is it a normal problem? or is there accally a ei client that dosent mess up while downloading and installing?

Lol m8 if u cant get this sorted id give up just like i did i went in game all items messed up ect i couldnt get it fully working properly i got peed off and deleted it off PC.

You are'nt / were'nt using "ZoneAlarm" by any chance?
