The price released is $499 - $599, now at our current exchange rate with the US that puts it at roughly £250 for the minimum cost. I dread to think of the contract that'll be on..
Factor in the fact that they will slap another $100 on just for bringing it across the pond and them not using the most favourable exchange rate. I bet you'll see £400-450.
I don't see spending a month's wages on a phone useful, some of us have bills to pay.

My phone was 350£ when it came out and i got a cheap contract from O2.

The ipood phone will be around the 250£-350£ bracket so thats not exactly a world away and im pretty sure you could find it on a decent tariff for a reasonable price.

Infact i might try to upgrade my contract when this comes out ..looks awesome burgers.
